“We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves.”

– Galileo Galilei

My Approach

I am trained in both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I work in an integrative way which means I use different tools and methods tailored to your individual needs.

I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can feel safe to bring, and work through, the struggles that led you to seek support at this stage. I will respect your autonomy and will listen with compassion and acceptance. I will follow your steps and facilitate your exploration, gently guiding and challenging you, helping you to get a deeper understanding of yourself and what you experience.

I approach my work from the perspective that each individual has a unique way of experiencing life and therefore the solutions they are looking for are also unique to them. I have a holistic perspective, meaning that I integrate body, mind and spirit to address your overall wellbeing, support healing and find balance in your life.

My Counselling Space

Both rooms I use for my private counselling practice offer a welcoming, safe, and confidential environment.

  • The room I use in Ashford (Kent) is part of Maple Wellness’ counselling space. It is located on the ground floor and has disabled access.
  • The room I use in Plumstead, which serves the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley, is part of a private house. It is on the first floor and accessible via a set of stairs (does not have disabled access)

Both locations offer free on-site parking.
